성남 남한산성 입구 초입에 위치한 남한산성 일번지 식당은 백숙만을 고집해 온 40년 전통의 백숙 전문점이다. 하루 두 번 신선하게 공급되는 국내산 닭과 오리를 20여 가지 엄선된 재료로 정성껏 우려낸 깊고 진한 육수와 함께 푹 끓여낸다. 남한산성 일번지의 또 다른 인기메뉴는 닭도가니인데, 도가니는 큰 뚝배기, 단단한 그릇을 뜻한다. 도토리묵과 감자전, 두부김치까지 한상 푸짐하게 맛볼 수 있다.
