국보삼계탕은 오로지 한 가지 메뉴 삼계탕만을 고집하며 정성껏 끓여내 최고의 맛을 추구한다. 당일 잡은 영계에 몸에 좋은 찹쌀, 인삼, 대추, 밤, 마늘 등 한방재료를 넣고 끓여 잡냄새가 나지 않으며, 진한 국물 맛이 나는 것이 특징이다. 삼계탕을 주문하면 원하는 사람에 한 해 인삼주가 한 잔씩 제공된다.
