평택시 송탄에 위치한 미군 주둔기지 k-55의 주변지역은 1997년 송탄관광특구로 지정되어 있어 다양한 볼거리와 함께 쇼핑을 즐길 수 있다. 특히 국제중앙시장은 젊음의 거리로 햄버거와 케밥, 닭강정 등의 간식거리와 함께 거리공연이 펼쳐지며, 매 주말에는 야시장인 나이트마켓이 펼쳐져 볼거리가 풍성하다. 폐교를 리모델링한 웃다리문화촌과 친환경농법을 체험할 수 있는 바람새마을은 아이들의 교육공간으로 제격이다.
