노천파전은 서울 동대문구 회기역 인근에 위치한 전통, 민속 주점이다. 두툼한 두께의 파전에 질린 이들에게 추천하며 얇은 두께로 식어서도 바삭바삭한 맛을 자랑한다. 또한 인근 타 가게에 비해 메뉴의 종류가 다양한데 파전류 외에 식사류와 안줏거리를 맛과 취향에 따라 선택할 수 있는 폭이 넓다. 저녁 시간대에 오픈하고 새벽까지 운영하여 많은 이들이 회식장소로 방문한다.
