태림산채정식은 1997년에 문을 연 식당이다. 오랜 기간 동안 운영한 전통 한식 전문점이다. 맛과 건강이라는 두 가지 요소를 모두 만족시켜 주는 현대인을 위한 웰빙 맛집으로 항상 청결하고 정성스러운 건강 식단으로 손님상에 올리고 있다. 건강식 산채나물과 뿌리 음식인 더덕, 도라지로 승부하는 집이다. 산채정식과 더덕구이 상차림에 함께 나오는 목살구이와 산채나물을 함께 쌈 싸 먹으면 깊은 맛을 느낄 수 있다. 또한 약수로 담근 물김치는 톡 쏘는 맛이 일품이다.
