2013년에 개관한 서초구립반포도서관은 도심 속 아파트 사이에 위치해 있어 주민들이 언제든 편안하게 이용할 수 있는 도서관이다. 독서를 생활화하는 책 읽는 도서관, 시·공간을 초월한 내 손 안의 전자도서관, 문화예술이 공존하는 문화가 있는 도서관을 모토로 지역주민에게 다가가고 있다. 전문적이고 차별화된 독서·문화 프로그램을 통해 어린이와 청소년의 창의력 개발을 돕고, 주민의 평생학습 및 문화향유의 기회를 제공하면서 지역사회와 함께 성장해 간다.
