경기도 의정부에 위치한 60년 전통의 중식당 지동관은 화교 요리사가 만드는 중화요리식당으로 3대째 한 자리를 지키는 의정부 노포중식당이다. 누룽지탕, 면보하, 동파육 등의 인기 메뉴 이외에도 다양한 코스요리 등도 구성되어 있다. 2층에는 넓은 홀과 룸이 갖춰져 있어 상견례, 가족모임, 회식 등의 모임을 하기에도 알맞다.
