신월음악도서관은 2006년 2월 지역 주민들에게 독서문화 및 지식정보제공을 위해 신월4동 복합청사에 설립된 양천구 구립도서관이다. 양천구 지역 주민들을 위한 독서 및 문화 나눔터를 지향하며, 주민들의 다양한 관심사를 반영한 장서와 독서 및 문화 프로그램을 제공하면서 올바른 도서관 문화 형성에 기여하고 있다.
