1967년 개업한 덕화원은 경기도 양주시에 있는 중식 전문점이다. 3대에 이어져 운영되는 식당답게 시대가 변하여도 투박하지만 정감있는 옛 방식에 중화요리를 고집하고 있다. 대표 요리는 건더기가 듬뿍 들어가 골라 먹는 재미가 있는 간짜장과 텁텁하지 않고 깔끔한 뒷맛이 일품인 짬뽕이다.
