렛츠런파크 서울은 지역주민을 위한 말 테마 레저공간 조성하였다. 가족을 위한 테마공원인 이곳은 어린이들에 친숙한 어린이승마장, 어린이휴게실, 어린이놀이터, 포니랜드를 운영하고 있다. 렛츠런파크 서울은 경마관람존, 가족공원존, 포니랜드 총 3가지 테마파크로 구성되어 있다. 경마관람존에는 렛츠런파크 서울의 상징인 127m 규모의 초대형 전광판과 말 문화를 복원하고 보급하는데 앞장서는 말박물관을 볼 수 있다. 가족공원존에서는 봄에는 벚꽃길, 여름에는 수국길을 볼 수 있다. 포니랜드에는 아이들이 마음껏 뛰어놀 수 있는 분수광장과 잔디광장, 피크닉존이 있다.
