마크트할레는 ‘마켓 홀(Market Hall)’, ‘상설시장’을 뜻하는 복합문화공간이다. 19세기 독일 베를린에 지어진 14개의 상설시장 중 제2차 세계대전 이후 복원된 마크트할레 9를 모티브로 하고 있다. 다양한 음식뿐만 아니라 문화, 키즈, 라이프스타일 전문 숍 등이 들어서 있고, 셀렉 다이닝과 스트리트푸드 앤 델리, 라이프스타일 총 세 가지 테마로 이뤄져 있다.
