기피시설이었던 하수처리장이 시민들이 선호하는 문화, 체육 공간으로 바뀌었다. 넓은 공간에서 가족, 친구, 동호회원 등 함께 또는 혼자서 즐길 수 있는 다양한 운동시설을 갖추고 있다. 어린이 놀이터도 있어 아이들과 즐거운 나들이 코스로도 좋다.
