시흥 월곶에 위치한 퓨전 굽는 삼계탕은 건강 요소를 극대화한 굽는 삼계탕을 선보이는 맛집이다. 대표 메뉴는 달군 돌판 위에 당일 도정한 흑미밥과 은이, 산삼배양근, 구운 닭을 올린 눈꽃 삼계탕이다. 일반적인 삼계탕과 달리 구운 닭이라 특유의 고소한 맛이 강하게 느껴지며, 닭, 산삼배양근, 말린 대추를 넣고 끓여낸 국물 맛도 일품이다.
