삼동소바는 경기도 용인시 보정동에 있는 소바 전문점이다. 이곳의 소바는 아침마다 직접 우려낸 육수와 자가제면으로 만든다. 대표 요리는 일반메밀에 비해 70배 이상 높은 루틴(항산화물질)이 함유된 타타리 메밀과 안동산마로 식감까지 잡은 메밀국수를 말린 가다랑어와 고등어 육장에 찍어 먹는 판모밀이다.
