About this place
새암공원은 파주시 운정신도시에 위치한 공원이다. 약 90,000여 m² 규모에 원추리와 비비추 등의 군락지가 형성된 역사공원 3호이다. 공원 내에 한용운, 이상, 김소월, 정지용 등 시인들의 시비 26개가 세워져 있는 문학 공원으로, 문학과 자연이 어우러져 있다. 남쪽으로는 소로가 있는 미니 숲이 있어 마치 산에 있는 느낌을 준다. 대중교통으로 쉽게 접근할 수 있으며, 주차장도 별도로 마련되어 있어 주말에 아이들와 나들이 하기에 좋은 곳이다.
