석산장은 30년째 문을 열고 있는 천안 맛집이다. KBS 2TV <생생정보>에 출연하기도 했다. 메뉴는 돼지갈비를 비롯해 된장찌개, 냉면으로 단 세 가지다. 이곳은 돼지갈비를 굽는 불판이 특이한데 돼지갈비를 구울 때 나오는 육수를 모아주는 형태다. 불판에 모인 육수에 밥을 비벼 먹는 맛이 일품이다. 내부에 단체석이 마련돼 있어 단체 모임에도 어울린다. 매주 수요일은 휴무다.
