About this place
꽃게 철인 6월과 12월에 대량 구입하여 섭씨 마이너스 35도에서 급속 냉각, 보관한 꽃게를 사용한다. 서산 생강을 넣고 삭힌 간장에 3일동안 숙성시킨다음 손님상에 올리는데 뚝배기 계란찜과 겟국지, 어리굴젓, 감태(해조류) 등 10여 가지의 곁들임 반찬이 나온다. 단일 메뉴로 간장게장 정식을 사람 수대로 시키면 된다. 간장게장 맛집으로 소문나 TV프로그램 수요미식회에서도 소개된 식당이다.
