40여 가지의 특급 호텔식 샐러드와 함께 샤부샤부를 즐길 수 있는 식당이다. 2013년 국내 최초 웰빙 푸드 중심의 고급 샤부샤부를 모토로 영업을 시작하였다. 메인 메뉴는 소고기 샤부샤부와 전복 대파탕 두 가지가 있으며 샐러드바에는 육회 샐러드에 월남쌈, 다양한 음료에 아이스크림까지 준비돼 있다. 새로운 스타일의 패밀리 레스토랑으로 회식과 모임을 포함 가족, 연인, 친구 누구와도 함께 즐길 수 있는 곳이다.
