과천에 위치한 봉덕칼국수는 홍두깨로 직접 밀어서 만든 수타면을 사용하는 칼국수 전문점이다. 칼국수를 먹기 전 고기와 야채를 별도로 추가해서 먹으면 더욱더 푸짐하게 샤부샤부형식으로도 먹을 수 있다. 샤브버섯칼국수, 바지락칼국수를 기본으로 원하는 양의 고기와 야채를 추가해서 먹으면 된다.
