경기도 광주시 초월읍에 위치한 초월생활체육공원은 곤지암천 옆에 조성되어 있다. 다양한 체육시설이 조성되어 있다 보니 공간이 두 곳으로 구분되어 있다. 한쪽에는 씨름장, 축구장, 광장 등이 있고, 다른 한쪽에는 농구장과 배드민턴장, 족구장이 있다. 축구장은 인조 잔디를 깔아 놓았고, 야간에도 이용할 수 있게 조명시설도 갖추고 있다. 축구장 이용시간과 이용요금은 별도로 있으니 초월읍사무소에 사전 확인해 보는 것이 좋다. 공원 옆으로는 곤지암천을 따라 산책로도 조성되어 있어 가벼운 산책을 하기에도 좋다.
