경기도 시흥시 동서로에 위치한 '진짬뽕'은 물왕저수지의 맛집으로 유명한 중식당이다. 국내산 1등급 고춧가루와 해물, 고기 베이스의 진한 국물로 만드는 저렴하고 푸짐한 짬뽕이 대표 메뉴이다. 짬뽕과 더불어 탕수육도 인기다. 두껍지 않은 튀김옷에 상큼하고 달달한 과일 소스가 올라간다.
