화덕위에 고등어는 경기도 용인시 신갈동에 있는 생선요리 전문점이다. 500℃ 화덕에 구운 생선은 기름기가 쫙 빠져 담백하고 비린내가 나지 않는다. 모든 메뉴에는 솥밥이 기본으로 제공되고 뜨거운 물을 부어 누룽지, 숭늉을 만들어 먹을 수 있다. 건물 1층 전체를 사용하고 테라스에 조경이 되어 있다.
