1984년에 개장한 만수시장은 약 120여 개의 점포가 영업 중인 골목형 재래시장이자 상가주택 복합형 시장이다. 옛날 전통시장 분위기를 많이 간직하고 있으며 다른 시장에 비해서 야채나 먹거리를 비교적 저렴하게 판매하고 있어 지역 주민들이 애용하는 시장이다. 고객센터 건물에 이용객들을 위한 쉼터 공간이 마련되어 있다.
