임파스토는 인천광역시 송도 센트럴파크 푸르지오시티 1층에 있는 스파게티 전문점이다. 세련되고 아늑한 느낌의 이탈리아 홈 레스토랑을 온 것 같은 느낌을 주는 아담한 곳이다. 대표메뉴는 구운 뇨끼인데 ‘SBS 생활의 달인’에 방송된 이후 이 집의 대표 메뉴 뇨키를 찾아 식당을 방문하는 사람들이 많다. 그 외에 문어샐러드, 라자냐, 채끝등심스테이크 등 다양한 메뉴가 준비되어 있다. 이곳은 특이한 비주얼과 맛으로 송도의 맛집으로 소문난 곳이다.
