신성루는 인천 중구 신포동 행정복지센터 인근에 위치한 음식점으로 ‘생활의 달인’, ‘맛있는 녀석들’ 등 TV 맛집 소개 프로그램에 여러 차례 방영된 적 있는 중식당이다. 대표 메뉴는 삼선짬뽕과 쟁반 짜장면 등으로 각종 해산물이 듬뿍 들어 있어 손님들에게 인기가 좋다. 빵 가운데 새우를 다져 넣은 후 튀겨 낸 멘보샤도 이 식당의 인기 메뉴이다.
