행하령 수제비는 경기도 성남시 분당에 있는 수제비 전문점이다. 행하령 수제비는 멸치육수에 수제비 반죽을 넣고, 김치는 비냉동 국산 자연 재료로 매일 오전 직접 제조 생산한다. 오사리 멸치의 깊고 은은한 맛과 감칠맛, 시원한 맛의 수제비를 제공한다. 반죽은 밀 껍질이 제거된 고급 밀가루로 반죽하여 손으로 직접 뜯어 넣으며 오리지널 천일염을 넣어 3초 만에 익혀진 부드러운 맛을 낸다. 멸치육수는 오사리 멸치로 우려내며 따로 포장 판매도 가능하다.
