1978년 개업한 부암갈비는 인천시 남동구 간석동에 자리 잡고 있다. 대표 메뉴는 음식점 대표가 직접 구워주는 돼지 생갈비다. 불판 위에 꽈리고추를 함께 올려 굽는 것이 특징이다. 돼지 생갈비를 주문하면 갓김치, 고추 장아찌, 갈치속젓이 함께 나온다. 음식점 주변에는 소래포구, 차이나타운, 월미도가 있다.
