미꼬담은 가장 한국적이면서 가장 특별하고 따뜻한 음식인 미역국을 전문으로 하는 한식 전문점이다. 천혜의 자연을 담은 남도 갯벌에서 자란 신선함이 가득한 꼬막으로 요리한 음식들 또한 이 집의 대표 메뉴이다. 이 외에도 세트메뉴와 육전 등의 단품 메뉴도 맛볼 수 있다. 넓은 단독 주차장 시설을 보유하고 있으며 7호선 까치울역 3번 출구 쪽에 위치하고 있어 접근성이 좋다.
