장우갈비는 경기도 남양주시에 위치하였으며, 1986년부터 2대에 걸쳐 운영 중인 숯불구이 전문점이다. 장우가든만의 비법 양념과 숙성시간을 거친 한돈양념구이와 장우갈비(소갈비)가 대표메뉴이며, 이 외에 한우 생등심, 살치살 등의 구이류와 육회, 갈비탕, 육개장 등의 식사메뉴를 맛볼 수 있다. 장우가든에서는 숙련된 서버들이 고기가 가장 맛있을 타이밍에 맞추어 구워준다.
