스시명장은 오산시 경기대로에 위치한 초밥집이다. 음식점 입구에 주차장이 있어 주차가 편리하다. 매장 내부는 넓고 깔끔하게 정돈되어 있다. 음식 주문 시 기본으로 백김치와 소스를 얹은 연두부, 미소된장국이 제공되며, 생강초절임, 간장, 락교는 각 테이블에 제공되어 자유롭게 덜어 먹을 수 있다. 명장 초밥과 커플 초밥이 인기가 있다. 커플 초밥은 다양한 종류로 28ps가 제공된다. 어린이 메뉴로 돈가스가 있어 가족이 방문하기 좋다.
