가산물갈비&백년불고기는 지하철 1호선과 7호선 가산디지털단지역 5번 출구 인근에 있다. 매장이 서울디지털국가사업단지의 대형건물 안에 있어 주차하기에도 편리하다. 이곳의 산더미 불고기는 맛집 TV 프로그램에 나올 정도로 유명하다. 얇게 썬 소 등심을 그릇에 산더미처럼 올려서 내온다. 콩나물 사이로 바닥에 깔린 갈비도 고기가 쏙쏙 잘 빠져서 쉽게 먹을 수 있으며 사이드 메뉴로 오징어튀김, 오삼불고기도 인기 있다. 주변에 신구로유수지생태공원, 독산 자연공원, 관악산 생태공원까지 있어 식사 후 둘러보기에 좋다.
