About this place
성남숯불갈매기살은 경기도 용인시 기흥구 보정동에 있는 숯불구이 맛집이다. 돼지 한 마리에서 4kg밖에 안 나오는 갈매기살을 직접 개발한 양념으로 버무린 갈매기살이 대표 메뉴이다. 주문할 때 이야기하면 생갈매기살로 먹을 수 있고, 최근에는 가브리살(등겹살)도 메뉴에 추가해 돼지고기 특수부위 고깃집으로 변화를 꾀하고 있다. 고기를 먹은 후 물냉면이나 비빔냉면, 된장찌개를 즐길 수 있다. 인근에 대형 쇼핑몰이 있고, 수지도서관, 광교호수공원 등도 있다.
