모꼬지에는 즉석떡볶이와 순두부라면, 비빔만두 등 다양한 한식 메뉴를 제공하는 식당이다. 매일 아침 11가지 재료를 넣고 직접 끓인 육수에 고춧가루를 단계별로 첨가 후 숙성시켜 최소 20일에서 25일에 걸쳐서 떡볶이 소스를 만들고 있다. 특히 쫄면과 군만두의 조합이 환상적인 비빔만두와 매콤한 순쫄이 인기 메뉴이다.
