신분당선 숯불구이는 용인시 수지 상현동에 있는 돼지갈비와 자가 제면의 함흥냉면 맛집이다. 돼지갈비를 목살과 뼈가 붙은 돼지갈비를 재워 만드는데 모두 한돈 1등급의 고기만을 사용한다. 양념이 잘 밴 돼지갈비를 숯불에 구운 후 수제 함흥냉면과 같이 먹는 맛이 훌륭하다. 양념을 싫어하는 고객을 위해서는 생갈비도 판매하며, 소갈비도 함께 판매한다. ※반려동물 동반 불가
