공화춘 창업주인 우희광 씨의 손녀가 운영하는 식당이다. 돼지고기와 채소를 같아만든 달콤한 소스가 매력적인 '유니자장면'이 대표 메뉴다. 간짜장처럼 면과 소스가 따로 나오며 반숙한 달걀프라이도 올려준다. 쫀득한 식감의 찹쌀탕수육, 삼선 해물누룽지탕도 인기다.
