김포 사우동 행정복지센터 부근에 있는 신간짬뽕은 국물이 적고 불맛이 나는 매콤한 비빔 짬뽕으로 매운맛 1단계부터 3단계까지 취향에 맞게 주문할 수 있다. 주문 후 즉시 조리를 시작해 약 15분 정도 기다려야 한다. 미리 전화로 음식을 주문하고 방문하면 대기시간을 줄일 수 있다. 간짬뽕에는 오징어, 홍합, 바지락이 가득 들어 있고 불향이 물씬 묻어나서 입맛을 돋운다. 주차는 매장 앞에 2대 정도만 가능해서 주변 공터나 길가에 주차해야 한다. ※반려동물 동반 불가(단, 안내견은 가능)
