일품향은 경기도 용인시 기흥구 구갈동에 위치한 중식당이다. 면발이 쫄깃한 정통 수타 전문점으로, 가게 유리창 너머로 지금도 수타면 뽑는 모습을 볼 수 있다. 굵게 썬 돼지고기와 커다란 감자를 넣어 옛날 짜장면의 맛을 재현하고 있다. 옛날 손짜장 외에도 간짜장, 삼선우동, 삼선울면, 굴짬뽕도 인기 메뉴다.
