임현숙의이화김치찌개는 지하철 7호선 중화역 3번 출구 부근에 있다. 단층 건물이고 매장 앞에 주차장이 있다. 이화 김치찌개 우측 세차장에도 주차할 수 있다. 여름에는 바깥 주차장에 테이블을 놓고 이용할 수 있다. 매장은 크지 않다. 테이블이 많지 않아 웨이팅이 있다. 대표가 직접 담근 김치와 국내산 돼지고기를 넣어 끓인 김치찌개, 삼겹살, 목살, 주물럭이 주메뉴이다. 봄에는 중랑천 장미축제가 근처에서 열린다. 도보 2분 거리에 중화수경공원이 있어 식사 후 가벼운 산책을 할 수 있다.
