부일갈매기 식당은 1984년부터 운영된 국산 갈매기 전문점이다. 메뉴는 갈매기살, 우설, 항정살, 소막창, 청국장 등이 있다. 매장 테이블은 15개 정도로 좌식과 입식 혼합으로 되어 있다. 대표메뉴인 갈매기살을 주문하면 기본 반찬인 파채와 무채, 소금과 반찬이 세 가지 정도 차려진다. 고기를 먹은 후 청국장에 밥을 비벼 먹는 것도 좋다.
