신길동매운짬뽕은 지하철 1호선, 5호선 신길역 1번 출구 부근에 있다. 매장은 골목길 상가 건물에 있고 별도의 주차장은 없다. 식당 인근에 영등포여자고등학교 공영주차장을 이용하면 편리하다. 매장 안에는 1인용 바형 테이블이 많다. 대표 메뉴는 홍합 매운 짬뽕이다. 그 외 얼큰 차돌 짬뽕, 옛날짜장, 백 짬뽕, 김밥, 기계우동 등이 있다. 주변에 영등포공원, 중마루공원, 여의도 샛강생태공원이 있어 식사 전후에 둘러보기 좋다.
