천안가야밀면은 충청남도 천안시 서북구 성환읍 매주리에 있다. 부산 향토음식인 밀면 맛집으로 유명하다. 현대적인 외관과 깔끔한 분위기의 인테리어가 눈에 띈다. 내부에는 단체석이 마련되어 있어 각종 모임하기 좋다. 대표 메뉴는 시원한 육수에 국산 양파를 듬뿍 갈아서 넣은 물밀면이다. 국산 배를 갈아 넣고, 돼지 안심과 달걀을 올린 비빔밀면도 인기가 많다. 이 밖에 국산 들기름을 넣어 고소한 맛이 특징인 들기름밀면을 비롯해 온밀면, 수육, 만두 등도 맛볼 수 있다. 지하철 1호선 성환역과 북천안 IC에서 가깝고, 인근에 성환이화시장, 어룡농원이 있다.
