불고기미식관은 숙성 씨간장을 주재료로 만든 정통 불고기 전문점이다. 경기도 이천의 옹기작가 김옥순선생의 80년간 대를 이은 옹기숙성 씨간장과 불고기 명인이 천연과일을 넣어 만들었다. 대표메뉴는 서울식의 옛날 한우불고기 정식이며, 무쇠철판에 볶은 한우불고기 정식과 전골에 끓여 먹는 미식관 한우불고기 정식도 있다. 또 자연송이 갈비탕과 들깨갈비탕, 해물된장뚝배기 등 식사류도 판매하고 있다.
