수리산채는 석쇠불고기 쌈밥정식이 맛있는 한식당이다. 석쇠에 참숯으로 구운 석쇠불고기와 찰흑미와 찰기장, 백미의 조화로운 삼색밥과 함께 신선한 쌈채소, 다양한 반찬이 곁들여지는 쌈밥 정식을 전문으로 하고 있다. 식후에는 먹는 누룽지숭늉은 전통가마솥에 끓인 추억의 맛을 느낄 수 있다. 쌈밥정식 외에도 야채와 도토리묵을 함께 무친 도토리묵무침과 우렁이회무침 등이 있어 사이드로 함께 먹을 수 있다.
