용산구 용문동에 위치한 용호야채곱창은 서울의 오래된 맛집으로 다양한 연령층이 찾는 곳이다. 막창, 곱창, 껍데기, 닭발, 순대를 함께 즐길 수 있는 5색 모둠 야채볶음이 대표 메뉴이며, 모둠이 아닌 각 개별 메뉴로도 주문이 가능하다. 이 외에 알곱창, 알막창, 곱창전골도 인기가 많으며, 임실 모차렐라 치즈 사리를 추가하여 먹는 볶음밥도 놓쳐서는 안 될 별미이다.
