왕스덕은 청나라 황실 오리구이 전통을 계승한 전취덕 방식의 베이징덕 전문점이다. 중국식 화덕에서 대추나무 장작으로 굽는 정통의 방식으로 조리된다. 금황색 표면을 감도는 향기와 바삭한 껍질, 부드러운 속살의 조화, 그리고 셰프의 카빙 퍼포먼스까지 오감이 행복한 시간을 선사한다. 대표메뉴는 베이징덕(북경오리)이며, 이외에도 탕수도미, 전가복, 유린기, 잡탕밥, 차돌짬뽕, 한우 탕수육 등 다양한 최고급 중식요리가 준비되어 있다.
