About this place
인량훠궈는 중국 운남성 전통음식인 가물치훠궈를 오랜 시간 연구하고 개발해 내어 대한민국 최초로 시작한 훠궈전문점이다. 접시의 문양이 비칠 정도로 얇게 뜬 가물치회부터 가물치로 만든 완자, 가물치육수 그리고 다른 곳에서는 찾아볼 수 없는 아가리쿠스버섯, 망태버섯, 노루궁뎅이버섯 등 귀한 버섯들과 총 60여 가지가 넘는 메뉴가 준비되어 있다.
