대가방은 대만 국적의 대장리 셰프가 운영하는 중식당이다. 한국에서 1981년 1월 20일에 조리사 면허를 취득한 후 유명 중식당을 두루 거쳐 화려한 경력을 자랑한다. 수요미식회, 생활의 달인 등에 소개된 바가 있으며, 특히 전국 맛집 TOP 1000에 선정되기도 했다. 얇은 튀김옷에 꽉 찬 돼지고기와 소스에 버무려졌음에도 바삭함이 살아있는 탕수육과 해물이 듬뿍 들어가고 진한 국물의 얼큰한 흰짬뽕이 인기가 많은 메뉴이다.
