구일산장군집은 경의·중앙선 일산역 근처에 있는 돼지 특수 부위 구이 전문점이다. 건물 앞에 주차장이 있지만 협소한 편이다. 매장 안에는 두 쪽으로 나뉘어 있으며 테이블이 많이 있다. 이곳은 돼지 양쪽 볼살과 돼지 콧등 살을 가리키는 부드러운 아구살과 갈매기살이 인기 메뉴로 아구살은 미국산을 사용하고 그 외 모든 고기는 국내산을 사용하고 있다. 매장 한쪽에는 김치와 파채, 마늘, 소스가 있는 셀프바가 준비되어 있어 편하게 이용하면 된다. 일산서구 맛집으로 종종 대기가 있으며 대기 시 카운터에서 번호표를 받고 기다리면 안내해 준다. 구일산장군집은 돼지 막창을 포장 판매하고 있다.
