경기도 남양주시에 위치한 일호갈비탕은 큰 갈비뼈가 들어간 갈비탕으로 유명한 곳이다. 큰 갈비뼈는 골프채를 생각나게 한다고 하여 골프채 갈비탕이라고 부른다. 뼈와 살이 부드럽게 분리되며, 분리된 고기는 간장에 찍어먹는다. 당면이 들어간 시원한 국물에 밥을 말아 반찬으로 나온 깍두기를 얹어 먹으면 잘 어울린다.
