전라도연탄구이는 경기도 시흥종합버스터미널 인근에 위치한 고깃집이다. 상호에 나와 있는 것처럼 고기를 연탄에 구워 먹는 곳이다. 생삼겹살, 소갈비살, 한우곱창, 돼지껍데기 등 다양한 고기의 종류와 부위가 있다. 묵은지로 끓인 김치찌개도 고기와 함께 먹기 좋아 인기가 많다. 또, 이곳에서는 전라도식 된장국수도 맛볼 수 있다.
